Nine years later the Restylane is encapsulated and probably biofilm or possibly Granulomas in my cheeks. I'm concerned that i have delayed allergic hypersensitivity to hyaluronidase during the treatment of granulomatous hyaluronic acid reactions. What can i do to continue the removal of the biofilm/granuloma? Please advise. This has become a nightmare.

This looks like either an infection or incorrect filler placement. I would contact your provider immediately and seek medical help. This will likely not go away on its own. Please contact a qualified provider or a board-certified physician with extensive experience in these procedures.

It's best to wait two weeks in between filler injections. This allows the swelling and any bruising to resolve. You and your injector can then determine how much more product will get you to the look you are wanting.
You are an excellent candidate for filler injection in your forehead, which is an advanced procedure. Please contact a qualified provider or a board-certified physician with extensive experience in these procedures.
