Are my breasts small for my age? (photo)

Question

I'm 19 years old and I've been worried about my breasts since the righ one is slightly saggy compared to the left one. They are also quiet small and I can barely fit into a brah. Is it possible for breast enlargement even with this small breasts and what can I do to correct the right one. My weight is 57 kg and I'm 1,63 cm tall.

Dear Rebecca,        Thanks for submitting your picture. From observing the picture, your breasts appear to be A cup with level 2 ptosis on the left and level 2-3 on the right.  Regardless of age, you have small breasts. You are an ideal person to have breasts augmentation with mini lift ( donut ). This procedure will give you very attractive and perky breasts which will improve your confidence and sense of famininity. Always, consult with experienced board certified plastic surgeons who operate in accredited surgery center for your safety. As with people in general, breasts come in all shapes and sizes. Some women have smaller breasts regardless of their age. There is no "right size" but there is "right for you." If you are unhappy with the proportion of your breasts compared to the rest of your body, there are certainly options available to you for enlargement. I have seen several patients who started with smaller breasts than yours. What's most important is that you have a consultation with a highly experienced board certified plastic surgeon who can thoroughly explain your options as well as the possible risks associated with this procedure.

Thanks for your inquiry.  From the photo provided it appears that you have a petite body frame and proportionately small breasts.  There is no "normal" size for breasts but if you are seeking enlargement, it certainly is possible to perform breast enlargement surgery even for women with small breasts.  A plastic surgeon would be able to give specific advice about breast implant choices, and whether a lift would help correct the discrepancy in nipple position you identified.
