People heal differently.  In general redness goes away in about a week or so.  If the redness is persisting it is best to contact your doctor.  It may all be normal but it is best to see your doctor in person so you can have an examination for a possible treatment.

I am not so sure that the issue is pitting but it is far too early to make any assessments.  At this polnt you need to give things some time to heal up and give your surgeon the benefit of the doubt  -  after all, I assume you were confident in his ability to do a nice hair transplant.

If you have pitting scars after the hair transplant and all of the crusts are off, go back and speak with your doctor about it

It appears you have pitting in the recipient sites. But it is difficult to be completely sure unless you are seen in person. In general, improper implanting techniques will lead to pitting. Follow up with your surgeon to see if appearance persists.
