How practical is the possibility of transplanting all the grafts from the donor area ( every single hair/graft that is not affected by dht including from the sides if possible) to the area that is balding. It would make the person look like he is bald below the crown(nape?)and the sides(assuming). After transplant, if we were to cover the now empty donor area with micropigmentation, can we achieve an appearance that looks somewhat similar to the ones in the pictures I have posted.

Answer: Can we transplant entire donor area hair to top part, crown & later cover the entire donor area with micropigmentation? (Photos)
Yes, we often do eyebrow and scalp hair transplants at the same time to achieve those results. See the video link where I performed eyebrow transplant surgery on Netflix series "Celebrity Plastic Surgeons of Beverly Hills."
The scalp will become normal if you are patient. The spicules of hair that you have will eventually shed. I actually believe that they will shed soon as the direction of these hair are very irregular and appear to be ready to fall out
