Can we transplant entire donor area hair to top part, crown & later cover the entire donor area with micropigmentation? (Photos)

Theoretically correct, trico-pigmentation does extend the potential donor by allowing more to be transplanted to where it is needed. As long as the style of short shaved look is desired then it should work, because of course it will not grow!

You may be able to harvest most of your donor hair but it probably is not practical and it will likely leave visible scarring despite the best SMP.  SMP does not remove scars.  SMP disguises scars.

What you are suggesting is theoretically possible- to remove all of your donor and use it for transplantation and use SMP to color the donor area. The reality however is that you will not achieve the density on the top that you are demonstrating in the photos through transplantation, and the donor area will be scarred.  Also, the chance that you will want to wear this style for the rest of your life is unlikely so you will be left with few styling options as you age and trends change. It's not a good idea.

Hypothetically speaking it could be done. Practically speaking, it would probably not be the best choice. It would definitely leave some sort of scar tissue in the donor area. It would also need to be done over multiple sessions. It has never been done so everything is based on theory, but I would say it is not a good choice. 

I can't imagine transplanting the entire donor area and if would happen it certainly would not happen in a single session. SMP does look good but according to your pictures, that is not what you need so this seems like an intellectual exercise
