Can we transplant entire donor area hair to top part, crown & later cover the entire donor area with micropigmentation? (Photos)

How practical is the possibility of transplanting all the grafts from the donor area ( every single hair/graft that is not affected by dht including from the sides if possible) to the area that is balding. It would make the person look like he is bald below the crown(nape?)and the sides(assuming). After transplant, if we were to cover the now empty donor area with micropigmentation, can we achieve an appearance that looks somewhat similar to the ones in the pictures I have posted.

Answer: You may be able to harvest most of your donor hair but it probably is not practical and it will likely leave visible scarring

Answer: You can not match the density of transplanted hairs to native hairs at their thickest natural density
