Can we transplant entire donor area hair to top part, crown & later cover the entire donor area with micropigmentation? (Photos)

How practical is the possibility of transplanting all the grafts from the donor area ( every single hair/graft that is not affected by dht including from the sides if possible) to the area that is balding. It would make the person look like he is bald below the crown(nape?)and the sides(assuming). After transplant, if we were to cover the now empty donor area with micropigmentation, can we achieve an appearance that looks somewhat similar to the ones in the pictures I have posted.

In general transplanted hairs fall out within a month. Some of the dots may be hairs that may soon fall out.

It is very difficult remove transplanted hairs.  Some may have tried laser hair removal or electrolysis.  FUE removal may lead to scarring and worse outcome.

It would be unlikely you damaged the grafts with a bump on the head unless the trauma was significant.  If you are concerned it is best to follow up with your doctor.

If you are considering surgery, it is best to have a consultation with a doctor in person.  Blindly wanting surgery without a proper examination without understanding the risks involved is not the way to go about it.

The second recipient site should be different than the first.   If a strip procedure were performed at the first procedure FUE may be required if there is not sufficient skin laxity.  If FUE was performed at the first procedure there should not any limitations on the donor area at six months.
