Hello, I recently had a hair transplant with 3000 grafts. Once scabs appeared, I washed them off gradually with soap water after loosening up. It's Been 21 days now. See attached image 1. However, problem is if you look at image 2, you will see many black dots (where I hair is shed)... Will those dots or hair ever come back? Please see image 2 closely.. Those black dots had hair!!

Answer: In general transplanted hairs fall out within a month. Some of the dots may be hairs that may soon fall out.
