Would you say I have tubular breasts? What would be the best course of action?

Hello all! For as long as I could remember, I’ve hated the way my breasts looked and never felt like they were “normal.” I’m 20 now and I’m highly considering either a fat grafting procedure or breast implants. Something else I should note is that when my nipples are fully hard, my boobs look completely different. It’s like night and day. They’re round, my areoles shrink, etc. would you say I have tubular breasts?? What do you think would be the best course of action? Thank you all so so much

Answer: Not tuberous, implants alone should give a good result.
Your breasts do not appear tuberous. As far as correction is concerned, that very much depends on what your desired breast is. The best bet is to talk with a plastic surgeon to get a feel for your goals and what procedures can help you get there.
Just based on your one photo, your breasts' bases are not tubular, but normal width, so you may get results close to your photos. You will need a lift as well, but just around the areolae.
There is nothing in your photos that suggest you have tuberous breasts. You should be able to achieve the upper pole fullness you desire with a standard breast augmentation procedure.
