In our experience, injectable fillers are not helpful for the repair of a bulbous nasal tip appearance, and neither Botox nor fillers will make a short nose longer. Thank you for your question. Sincerely, Dr. Joseph
Nonsurgical rhinoplasty could create a straighter profile and frontal view of the nose. The limitation with nonsurgical rhinoplasty is that it can only add volume, but can not take any away. With regards to the tip of the nose, some degree of refinement is possible to reduce the appearance of bulbosity or width of the tip of the nose, but this is limited by the thickness and extensibility of the tip skin. A rhinoplasty specialist will be able to comprehensively address the issues you have with your nose. While there are a variety of approaches and techniques employed by various surgeons, it is up to you to do your due diligence to find a rhinoplasty specialist in order to achieve the best results possible. Good luck! @drdonyoo
