Can Botox or filler help to get my short nose longer, and less bulbous? (Photos)

Question

Non-surgical surgery. I would like to get my short nose longer, and less bulbous. Plus I dont like my nostrils showing. Can Botox or filler help with my issues?

Nonsurgical rhinoplasty could create a straighter profile and frontal view of the nose. The limitation with nonsurgical rhinoplasty is that it can only add volume, but can not take any away. With regards to the tip of the nose, some degree of refinement is possible to reduce the appearance of bulbosity or width of the tip of the nose, but this is limited by the thickness and extensibility of the tip skin. A rhinoplasty specialist will be able to comprehensively address the issues you have with your nose. While there are a variety of approaches and techniques employed by various surgeons, it is up to you to do your due diligence to find a rhinoplasty specialist in order to achieve the best results possible. Hi there, thank you for your question and photographs. Based on your description you may be a candidate for nose filler. Botox is used to relax muscles, so that would not be an option for your concern. I recommend an in person evaluation with an Expert Injector. They will take a closer look at your concern and determine if your result can be achieved using filler. Good luck!
