I don't to undergo another surgery but would like to even out the tip with filler. Would this work?

If you liked how your nasal tip looked, perhaps 3 to 6 months after surgery when it was swollen, depending on your examination, microdroplets Silikon 1000 injections may be considered for adding nasal tip volume and camouflaging the visible pieces of cartilage in the tip of your nose. It appears there are issues with the cartilage in the tip of your nose that are best addressed with revision rhinoplasty in the hands of someone well versed with the procedure. The nose is a very risky area to inject for lots of reasons. I would recommend you do the following:Get an opinion of a very experienced aesthetic doctor who has an ultrasound machine so they can see where the arteries are in your nose.
