I had a primary rhinoplasty September 2020. The right side of the nose has a dent and there are some dents on the bridge between my eyes. I am wondering what could’ve caused these areas on the nose and if non-surgical rhinoplasty may improve this at all. I understand it is not permanent but it would give me more time to save up money for a revision. My primary surgeon mentioned using a permanent type of filler. Is this common?
