What Surgical Procedures Should I Be Asking About?

In order to get the results shown in the photo, what surgical procedures would I have to get? I'd also like to get rid of the chubby cheeks so there are no shadow lines near my nose and mouth, as well as have my jaw line much more defined and a bit more square-ish like the black and white photo. Thanks!

In 38 years of facelifting I have never had a patient with prolonged pain. You need to see your surgeon or get a second opinion to determine cause and treatment.
