Considering a nonsurgical nose job before a revision rhinoplasty. Will I be able to dissolve the fillers?

Excellent question with lots of opinions. If you are going to get your revision surgery within 6 months then I would not consider the non surgical nose job option. If you must have this because of significant deformity, then make certain that the surgeon you see for the non surgical nose job is the same surgeon that will perform your revision rhinoplasty procedure. Do all of your imaging prior to injections and make certain that the injection material is a hyaluronic acid product. I have operated on several individuals who have had filler placed and even after dissolving the filler there is still a little left. In the long run, it did not have any effect on the outcome of the rhinoplasty

As long as you use a hyaluronic-acid based filler for nose injection, it can be dissolved fairly easily and if you can wait, you won't even have to so anything as it will dissolve on its own after a while (several months to around 2 years, depending on the filler). Hence, nonsurgical nose job with hyaluronic acid fillers is often a safe and convenient option to try and see if you like the results and if not, it can be removed/revised easily.
