Considering a nonsurgical nose job before a revision rhinoplasty. Will I be able to dissolve the fillers?

Excellent question with lots of opinions. If you are going to get your revision surgery within 6 months then I would not consider the non surgical nose job option. If you must have this because of significant deformity, then make certain that the surgeon you see for the non surgical nose job is the same surgeon that will perform your revision rhinoplasty procedure. Do all of your imaging prior to injections and make certain that the injection material is a hyaluronic acid product. I have operated on several individuals who have had filler placed and even after dissolving the filler there is still a little left. In the long run, it did not have any effect on the outcome of the rhinoplasty

As long as you use a hyaluronic-acid based filler for nose injection, it can be dissolved fairly easily and if you can wait, you won't even have to so anything as it will dissolve on its own after a while (several months to around 2 years, depending on the filler). Hence, nonsurgical nose job with hyaluronic acid fillers is often a safe and convenient option to try and see if you like the results and if not, it can be removed/revised easily. If you are even thinking about ever getting revision rhinoplasty, you should avoid fillers. It's hard to tell when the fillers are completely gone, even with dissolving injections. You are better off committing to a surgical revision. And DEFINITELY do not get permanent (ie silicone) injections in your nose.

In my opinion, non-surgical rhinoplasty is not a good test run for revision rhinoplasty as these are completely different procedures and the results that can be achieved with one versus ano her are completely different. If you are not planning to have revision surgery any time soon then getting a temporary improvement with a filler is a good option. However, I would not do non-surgical rhinoplasty if you are planning a revision surgery within next 6 months or sooner. The filler may obscure surgical landmarks and may potentially impact the results. Removal of the filler, either during surgery of with filler dissolving medications, is not as straightforward as it may seem. Plus you would incur an additional cost for non-surgical rhinoplasty. Non-surgical rhinoplasty, otherwise known as injection of filler to the nose, can be helpful in certain patients. Filler to the nose is additive, meaning you are adding volume to certain areas to improve symmetry and camouflage humps, bumps, and irregularities. Without photos, I can't make specific comments about your nose and how filler could help. However, I can help answer some of your other questions.
Filler can be injected into the nose. Filler can last up to a year in the nose area, but in some patients it may be absorbed sooner and in some patients, it can last longer than a year. The most commonly used fillers are hyaluronic acid based, and these fillers can usually be dissolved with hyaluronidase. Depending on the result, and whether you would like it dissolved, you can discuss injecting hyaluronidase with your injector or surgeon. There is no set time frame to dissolve filler, but in my experience, filler dissolves more easily the sooner it is injected with hyaluronidase. Having filler injected into the nose could make dissection more difficult in certain areas of the nose if you decide to proceed with rhinoplasty. This would not stop you from having a revision rhinoplasty, but you should disclose and discuss this with your surgeon prior to a rhinoplasty.
Lastly, filler to the nose is not without risk. You should seek out an experienced injector and discuss risks and benefits with them before proceeding.
