I had rhino/septoplasty 9 months ago. My surgery was done with ear cartilage. I'm really happy with my results, but there is one spot that I feel could be straighter. Is it possible to get filler on top of the cartilage??

That said, you appear to have an overprojected nasal tip appearance. And it also appears to be a bit droopy. I believe you would be a better candidate for rhinoplasty surgery for nasal tip rotation and deprojection. I hope this helps. Sincerely, Dr Joseph

That said, I would refrain from using something tight, like an n95 mask. In general, it takes two to three weeks for an injectable filler to become completely immobilized. Normal surgical masks are lightweight and should not affect any results. I hope this helps. Sincerely, Dr Joseph
