I had a rhinoplasty 2.5 years ago by doc who specializes - and then 1.5 years since an rasping on sides. I wanted a narrow, smaller nose. My nose looks wider & flat on top with a large dent. He said he narrowed. I am not looking to do this again as I bruised terribly. Will liquid filler improve the front and make less flat looking? The doc said that’s the solution he recommends as surgery isn’t an option in his mind. Will liquid filler help and correct? I realize filler is temporary. Thank you.

Answer: Rhinoplasty Fillers may help with filling in the dent in the bridge of your nose. it is possible that your bones were never adequately broken at the original rhinoplasty. If so you need a revision with more complete nasal bone fractures.

Answer: Filler to the Nose After Rhinoplasty Hi There, Filler to the nose can be helpful in certain patients. Filler to the nose is additive, meaning you are adding volume to certain areas to improve symmetry/contour and camouflage humps, bumps, and irregularities. Based on your photos, it seems that there are prominent edges to the bone and cartilage of your nose, creating the dent you are referring to. Filler can be injected in that area to smooth the dent, but this may bring your nasal bridge out more. This should be done conservatively to avoid giving you a "hump." In addition, injection of filler to the nose is not without risk. You should seek an experienced surgeon and discuss whether you are a candidate before proceeding. Hope that helps!
