What surgery would I need to turn my downturned eyes into upturned almond-shaped eyes? (Photo)

Question

My eyes are slightly downturned and round but my goal eye shape wold be almond-shaped upturned eyes (positive canthal tilt). Is there any surgery i can do that will provide this with permanent results?

Hi camillebell,
Thanks for uploading your photos. A procedure to improve your eye shape is a canthoplasty. It is often combined with a lateral brow lift which lifts the outer brow position and canthal position. It would result in a slight upturn to your eyes. It is also known as a "fox eye" or "cat eye" lift. I recommend you see a board certified facial plastic surgeon in consultation.
