What surgery would I need to turn my downturned eyes into upturned almond-shaped eyes? (Photo)

My eyes are slightly downturned and round but my goal eye shape wold be almond-shaped upturned eyes (positive canthal tilt). Is there any surgery i can do that will provide this with permanent results?

Upper eyelid skin graft is a complex reconstructive procedure. I am not sure you absolutely need that. Need more detailed evaluation and discussion to determine.

Thank you for sharing your question and posting your photos. One eyelid has extra skin to be removed and the other eyelid is ptotic. Make an appointment with an experienced oculoplastic surgeon for comprehensive evaluation and treatment. Good luck!
