What caused droopy and excess skin in eyelid after surgery? (Photo)

Sept 2021, wanted filler injection for hollow upper eyelid issue. He lied that he didn't provide this procedure and pushed Muellerectomy + fat transpositioning. Caused severe drooping + excess skin fold. 2nd + 3rd surgery to remove more skin + fat transfer. Now blurred vision, overexposed waterline, and eyes don't close completely. Plz any expert explanation to help me understand what he did to cause these problems?
