I scheduled a breast augmentation which will either be under general or twilight sedation. I was thinking about scheduling a surgery for my chin (sliding genioplasty) for a month later which will be under twilight sedation. Would this be ok or should I space it out more?

Answer: Scheduling Thank you for your question. While you may be fine, I would advise you wait until at least 6 weeks out from your augmentation to ensure you're not dealing with any complications right before another major surgery.

Answer: Healing time Dear Elisebryn, you should be fully healed prior to another surgery. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.
