Will CO2 laser help to improve these scars? (Photo)

Hi there! Atrophic and irregular scars can be very difficult to treat. CO2 laser can be helpful for scarring to smooth hypertrophic and irregular scars. For ones that are depressed, I tend to try and "plump" the scar so it appears level with the surrounding skin. Options include radiofrequency microneedling such as Morpheus8 with subcision, in tandem with fat transfer (macro, micro, and nano). The microneedling can loosen the scar as does the subcision with a needle. The fat helps to provide volume and stem cells to promote growth and healing. In your case, the improvement would likely be stepwise through several treatments. Visiting with a facial plastic surgeon well-versed in scar revision would be a good option. Best of luck.
