I had a bump on my shoulder that was cut out by my derm 3 years ago and stitched back up. The scar became hypertrophic and raised, and the texture improved with intralesional steroid injections, but the color has stayed persistently red. I have tried over 8+ Vbeam sessions (purpuric) with minimal results. We already used the Picosure laser to get rid of some of the browning from the Vbeam. Is there anything else that can be done (instead of cutting it out again? Thank you!
