i've done 3 sessions of picosure laser the last 6 weeks. I saw an improvement on my hyperpigmentation but didnt see any progress on my red scars (they look like pimples but they arent, not sure if they are PIE) What else can i do? I am a bit desesperate because i dont have an answer
