Should I proceed with scar excision surgery or scar resurfacing laser? (photos)

Hello Drs, I had deep acnescars for which i underwent excision it caused widened scar and i underwent 4 times excision to improve it but same widened scar appeared every time during 3 times internal burried sutures (vicryl) were spittng out so surgeon suggsted 4th time either you are allergic or there is grannuloma formation so we should go for w plasty 4th time wih just single prolene layer suture to be removed after 20 days this time same scar appeared. Now i am 4th postop. Whst are options?
