i'm 43 yrs old, filipina, and round shape face. i can see that i have heavier lower cheeks, and the right side is slightly bigger than the other. i can see that my nasolabial folds are a bit prominent as well, although i have put filler on it already. whenever i look at my side profile, it appears i have jowls.

I think you would be a good candidate for a buccal fat removal which can slim the lower face. It may not completely get rid of the jowl appearance, but is a good starting point. To be sure to improve the jowl appearance would be a lower facelift if that area bothers you enough after trying a buccal fat reduction
