Would I benefit from buccal fat removal? Nasolabial fold pronounced throughout weight fluctuation (photos)

Ever since I was a child I had chubby cheeks. However my chubby cheeks have always been on the front of my face. I would’ve always desribed this as hamster cheeks. Now with weight fluctuations I feel my nasolabial fold is very pronounced, it’s not a wrinkle. It is an area of extra fat that only exists on either side of my mouth and chin. However I am not sure what type of procedure I would need to have to get rid of this fold, since it’s not an aging issue.
