Is partial buccal fat removal an option? Can a second / revision procedure be done a few years later?

I am planning to do a buccal fat reduction but i dont want to overdo it just partial because i still dont know what will happen to the future. Can you remove partial only then if it affects your face after a few years can you do a revision or a second surgery to remove the rest? And also when you say partial, how many percentage is that? You are quite correct in that the lack of definition relates to the lack of jawline bone support, not soft tissue fullness. Your lower jaw is underdeveloped and narrow contributing to your concern
