In July 2017, I had rhinoplasty to narrow, remove the bulbous tip, and give a slight slope to my male ethnic (Latino) nose that has thick skin. The result was a slightly smaller tip that healed into a droopy tip and was still bulbous, and a wide nose. The same surgeon performed the revision in May 2018. The splint removal revealed extensive bruising on the bridge of my nose along with a large blister from (I was told) the extensive scar removal. Is this expected? How do I heal this?
