Your nose could be improved with rhinoplasty, which would give permanent improvements in symmetry, shape and profile. You can bring the pictures that you think would be flattering to your face and these can be discussed. When you meet with a facial plastic surgeon, he or she will consider your nose in balance with your other features and can over the cost of the procedure. I hope this helps.

best advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation.  Based on
your photographs, you may benefit from a rhinoplasty to give your nose increased projection.  In regards to the rest of your face, it would be better to evaluate your face in person.  This decision should
be based on a detailed discussion with equal input from both you
and your surgeon.   Make sure you specifically look
at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery
performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.   The most
important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend

A full face picture in few particular angles would have helped a lot to understand your requirement. But u should know that all your points has a solution. It all depends on the examination by a board certified plastic surgeon who can give u proper guidance. The nasal dorsal augmentation and the tip definition by Rhinoplasty and upper jaw correction by orthognathic surgery are few of the solutions. However the final decisions can be made on looking at your complete picture. Please consider that.

1. Rhinoplasty to improve projection of your nose
2. Buccal fat pad removal to reduce the heaviness of your cheeks
