Uneven Eyelids - solution to this without surgery? (photos)

Question

My right eyelid is thinner than my left one, which also makes it retract more. I don't think this is because of the muscle, because I think my right eyelid just has less skin/fat than the left eyelid, making my right one look less puffy. It wasn't like this before, but I'm pretty sure it was because I rubbed my right eye too much for years. It would be best if there was a solution to this without surgery, but if I have to get one then I only want an operation on my right eye.

The human face is not symmetrical on anyone. All people have facial asymmetry, and this includes a symmetry of the eyesocket and eyelids. During embryological development, the two sides of the face develop independently from each other and eventually views in the midline.
Your asymmetry is very much within one standard deviation, and does not need treatment. No one has a symmetrical face.
