I would recommend fat transfer since you do not herniated fat pads or excess skin. This can be done under local in the office.

Blepheroplasty is expensive, invasive surgery with all the attendant issues of post-surgical downtime and possible adverse consequences, such as scarring. Fat transfer is also not without its issues. Despite the claims, the fat when transplanted into the recipient site and separated from its original blood supply does not necessarily survive much longer than traditional robust HA fillers. So, the use of a robust HA filler for cheek augmentation if properly by an experienced physician can not only contour a more feminine, heartshaped face but can secondarily improve the hollows under the eyes and create a more gradual transition between the upper cheek and the lower lid regions.
