Dear Kiralyn83,Pregnancy and breast feeding are 2 different things. After pregnancy you should wait for 6-12 months,  if you already have this time passed and have a stable weight  only a few weeks (4)  are necessary after breast feeding is done. Best wishes

When considering the timing of cosmetic surgery, it is important to note that the longevity of the result is dependent upon your post op stability. Significant changes in weight can alter results. These changes are difficult to predict but they may require revisionary surgery.
Thus, when considering post-pregnancy surgery one must understand the best candidate for surgery has reached a healthy stable weight pre-op which they plan to maintain post op. This can take several months to achieve in the post partum period. 
Recommendations will vary but most patients will stabilize (hormonally) by 9-12 months post partum or 3 months after the cessation of breast feeding (whichever is longer). Allowing adequate time to plateau will make you a better candidate.

Yes, that is correct. You can be a candidate for plastic surgery, six months after you have stoped breastfeeding, when your hormones have normalized.

I recommend you wait 6 months after giving birth to get any cosmetic surgery and you can wait a couple of weeks after you are done breast feeding.  You have to  be evaluated  to accomplish what you wished. Consult with a certified plastic surgeon.
