Thank you for your pictures! Going under anesthesia is very complicated. Understandably, patients are after results without having to have surgery. We offer options for instant gratification and lasting results with dermal fillers. A few practitioners at our clinic administer this detailed service. Results are spectacular and the complications are rare so it’s a great choice for all nose concerns. Adding volume to the area (evening out bumps or other concerns) and balancing profile is achievable with dermal fillers. The fillers last about a year - depending on your lifestyle and metabolism. We take before and after pictures to show you immediately the transformation. It’s a great way to see your results. Swelling can happen but will go down in about a week. Instantly seeing the alteration and excitement from our patients is worth it every time. Best of luck!
In our experience, nonsurgical nose job treatments are not suitable for elevating a droopy nasal tip appearance. I wish I had better news. Thank you for your question. Sincerely, Dr. Joseph
With nonsurgical rhinoplasty it would be possible to build up the bridge of your nose, and thereby create a more refined and narrow appearance from the frontal view. Making the radix (area of the bridge above the bump) taller, or augmenting the radix, will result in a straight profile and the illusion of hump removal. Some mild refinement of the tip may also be possible, depending on the thickness and elasticity of your tip skin. For significant tip refinement, surgical rhinoplasty would be necessary. Seeking an expert in nonsurgical rhinoplasty will give you the best result in the safest manner. #drdonyoo
I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist to go over your desired results. Facial fillers (like Voluma, Restylane, Juvederm) can be used to improve the symmetry of the nose, but surgery would be needed to improve nostrils or overall shape. Best to see an expert. - Dr. Emer
From the photos you posted, it looks like the tip of your nose sticks out a little too far from your face. We call that over-projection. You cannot reduce a nose with non-surgical rhinoplasty. Filler above and below the hump can make your profile straighter and create more balance for your tip. Filler can also slightly push your tip higher. However, for the best result surgical rhinoplasty will yield the best looking nose.
Hello, Thank you for your question. This is Dr. James Fernau from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I believe you would be a great candidate for a liquid rhinoplasty. This is performed by placing filler into the bridge of the nose in order to straighten it. Placing filler into the tip will not mechanically raise it; however, it can be strategically placed in order to camouflage a drooping nose. Topical numbing is applied prior to the procedure so patients usually experience no pain. This procedure should be done by a board-certified plastic surgeon. I recommend a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon to determine the best plan for your desired results. Best of wishes. Sincerely, James Fernau, MD FACS
Is a surgical or non-surgical rhinoplasty ridiculous for you. In most of the views you show, your nose looks quite nice by my standards. What you don’t show is a profile with a big smile. In some cases the tip goes down a little with a smile. Beauty of course is subjective and in the eyes of t...
Based on your photos, you may have an indentation along the sidewall of your nose that can cause a C-shaped appearance. Depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon-1000 may be considered for achieving a straighter nasal appearance. Thank you. Dr Joseph
Hello and thank you for your question and the picture. Unfortunately, there aren't any good non-surgical options which would properly achieve what you're looking for! Threads do NOT make the nose slimmer or smaller. An open septorhinoplasty can best address both your aesthetic concerns and any...
