Based on your photos, you appear to have a pleasing nasal appearance that is not distracting. Unless if there is something in particular that is bothering you a lot, sometimes it's best to just leave things alone. Thank you so much for your question and I hope this is helpful. Sincerely, Dr. Joseph
I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist to go over your desired results. Facial fillers (like Voluma, Restylane, Juvederm) can be used to improve the symmetry of the nose, but surgery would be needed to improve nostrils or overall shape. Best to see an expert. - Dr. Emer
Is a surgical or non-surgical rhinoplasty ridiculous for you. In most of the views you show, your nose looks quite nice by my standards. What you don’t show is a profile with a big smile. In some cases the tip goes down a little with a smile. Beauty of course is subjective and in the eyes of the beholder. I have seen patients with noses like yours who like smaller, pointer, more upturned noses. There are others who would prefer a nose just like yours. if you put the decision in my lap, I would say leave well enough alone.
Hello, Thank you for your question. This is Dr. James Fernau from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I believe you would be a great candidate for a liquid rhinoplasty. This is performed by placing filler into the bridge of the nose in order to straighten it. Placing filler into the tip will not mechanically raise it; however, it can be strategically placed in order to camouflage a drooping nose. Topical numbing is applied prior to the procedure so patients usually experience no pain. This procedure should be done by a board-certified plastic surgeon. I recommend a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon to determine the best plan for your desired results. Thank you and best wishes. Sincerely, James Fernau, MD FACS
Based on your photos, you may have an indentation along the sidewall of your nose that can cause a C-shaped appearance. Depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon-1000 may be considered for achieving a straighter nasal appearance. Thank you. Dr Joseph
