I have been running like crazy for three weeks now and in the first week I lost 6 pounds and now it's like I started gaining slowly. I also do HIIT MAX workout for and. I am 4ft 10in and weigh 109 and slowly going up but it's like my stomach isn't looking anymore weight. Hope can I tell if it is loose skin or fat. I have had 2 c sections and gain 50pounds each pregnancy and now I am stuck with a stomach. I am planning on having a tummy tuck done soon and going in on Thursday March 12th.
