1 Year post op and I've had this bump since the beginning - do I need a revision? (Photos)

I am 5’8 and 190lbs I have had 3 kids and no TT. I have a lump thats really only visible from the side profile. From the back you cannot really tell. I’m not sure if i need a revision, if this is just excess skin from kids, or uneven lipo. HELP!
