Is there a maximum number of BBLs before benefit begins to decline? (Photo)

I've gotten 3 BBLs so far - two lipo-360 and one inner thigh fat transer to my butt. The two additional BBLs were done to fix an issue with the prior. The first BBL, doctor forgot to do fat trasfer to my hips, only transferred fat to my butt. Second BBL was done to correct this. With second BBL, one hip fat transfer did not survive. The third BBL was done to add fat back to this hip. There was symmetry for about a couple months, then the pressure from the faja started to cause the fat in the hip from the prior BBL to reduce in volume. Now there is asymmetry between the hips. Also some fat disappeared on my left butt. What I've noticed is the entire fat is unstable, and with each new fat transfer, the prior fat from the previous transfer becomes unstable. Guys - i'm now up for a 4th BBL - a second inner thigh lipo and fat transfer to my butt and hips. I do not want to do this procedure because recovery is long, painful and time-consuming. Are there any options I have that are less invasive with a shorter recovery time?
