Faja band left a dent after BBL (2021) How can I fix this? (Photos)

Hi, so i had a bbl at airsculpt in 2021 and when they put my faja on after surgery i didnt know anything and didnt take if off until my first shower a few days later (not sure how many days) and i remember feeling something pressing down on that area it was the faja bands for the butt on my right cheek and it left a permanent dent there :( anyways i ended up forgetting about it and got pregnant with triplets so i never had the time to focus on that..it shows when i wear tight leggings and i hate it im starting to work out more to lessen the look of my cellulite another bbl is impossible for me..… i asked the lady who does lip filler for me and she said its to dangerous to inject radiess in that area and only sculptra would help but i would need alot of vials for it!! Pls give me options and opinions!!!:( Can i fix this without going under a bbl which i cant
