Can surgery make my nose less wide/big? (Photos)

My face already has a bunch of other problems, but my nose is what bothers me the most. I don’t mind it as much from the side, but from the front it often looks like a shapeless blob. It doesn’t help that my other facial features are quite small as well.

First, I want to say that you have lovely facial features and I completely understand the frustration when one area draws your attention away from the full picture. Your nose actually has a beautiful underlying structure, and while it does carry some fullness on frontal view, that is precisely what makes it such a good candidate for rhinoplasty. The architecture is there, it simply needs refinement. A well executed rhinoplasty can define and refine the nasal tip, narrow the bridge, and thin the soft tissue envelope (the layer of skin and tissue that drapes over the cartilage framework) to reveal a nose that feels more in harmony with your other features without sacrificing anything on the side profile, which you've already noted you love. The goal would never be to create a different nose, but rather to bring out the best version of the one you already have. And I think the results could be truly beautiful for you!

A rhinoplasty should be custom tailored for every nose, face, and person/their preference. Reductive rhinoplasty is among the most common types of rhinoplasty performed. Depending on your goals, a dorsal hump can be removed and the nose made smaller. The contour of the sides of your nose can be made smaller with narrowing the nasal bones. The tip can be affected and the width/base of your nose can be made smaller. 
I would recommend having an in-person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon who specializes in rhinoplasty. Having a discussion with them, telling them what bothers you and your goals, and seeing what they think/recommend.
