What procedures could reduce the wideness, shortness, and nostril size of my nose? (Photo)

Hello! I am 30 years old and of mixed race. My nose feels ilke it has no cartilage and is extremely bendy until the very top where there is hard bone. It is very shapeless and I know about alar wedge and alarplasty, but it is also short nose with a very wide bridge. What can be done both surgically or non-surgically for a permanent fix? I would like refined alar reduction but also don't want hem to be so pinched in that I look like Michael Jackson!
