Columella and nasal scarring - what can I do? (Photos)

I have revision rhinoplasty in 2025 and I’m experiencing persistent scarring. I have a raised, firm and red scar at the columella, making my nostrils appear larger and the columella is droopy. I also have visible stitch track scarring on both sides of my nose. After having the second surgery, my nostrils were finally small again but within 5 months, the coleumlla had already started to droop again, leaving my with big nostrils again. I don’t want to have more surgery and my revision surgeon has offered to shave down the columella but I’m aware that the scar will just come back anyway. What can I actually do about this? Why does this always happen to me and is there any non surgical treatment options? Thank you
