Hi, I'm wondering what the best remedy for straightening my right lateral incisor, it is sticking out. The other teeth are ok. Possibly invisalign or some sort of veneer? Thanks
Answer: Invisalign or veneer... what to do Hello there! You have two options:Option 1) In 1-2 appointments, you could get a veneer placed in perfect alignment. You would correct the problem, immediately. A veneer can lasts 20-30 years with no retainer needed if proper dental hygiene is maintained and you have regular cleanings and check-ups.Option 2) You could Invisalign and wear your trays 24 hours per day for about a year to correct your crooked incisor. After that, you would basically have to wear a clear aligner for the rest of your life in order to prevent your incisor from relapsing and returning to it's original position.I hope you make the best choice for yourself and get the results that you want. Answer: How can I straighten my lateral incisor that sticks out? The reason your lateral incisor sticks out is because there isn't enough room in the dental arch for it to fit. The reason there isn't enough room on your dental arch is because your dental arch is underdeveloped. The very best way to fix your lateral incisor is to develop your upper arch and then straighten all of your teeth with either clear aligners or traditional braces. Developing your upper arch can be done nicely with a removable appliance.Good luck!

Answer: Incisor don't veneer that lateral incisor, they'll have to cut it down too much and it will be permanently damaged. You are a good candidate for orthodontics, and likely Invisalign. But, if that right photo is how you bite, then the case is more complex than you might think. In any case, you need to see an orthodontist and get this "straightened out", if you know what I mean.

Answer: THE BEST REMEDY In looking at your photos I notice a crossbite on the right side of your mouth as well as the crowding which has caused your upper right lateral incisor to stick out. Invisalign would be the best option for you because Invisalign is excellent at expanding the width of the dentition (arch form). By expanding the upper arch, room can be created for your lateral incisor and at the same time your crossbite can be corrected and your bite improved. I would recommend you get a consultation with a Cosmetic general dentist who is experienced with Invisalign for the best result.
