Today marks 9 days post BA, second surgery, first BA was a year ago. I recently had larger implants put in. I did 440cc under the muscle inframammory incision. I've been taking 2 mile walks a day nothing intense at all. But today I've had very painful headaches and a little chest pain. Could I have done any serious damage? I just saw my doctor yesterday and he said nothing but great things about the symmetry and how I am healing. Just wondering how serious it is NOT to raise your heart rate post BA?
