What procedure could get my eyes more symmetrical? (Photo)

Question

My eyes are two different shapes, my right eye is fine but my left eye is bulging so it makes them very assymetrical, what do you think the issue here is and what proceedure could give me symemtrical eyes?

Hello! Thank you for your question.As far as I can see from your photos, you have extra saggy skin above your both eyes and your right brow is higher than the other one. For a solution I highly recommend you endoscopic brow lift and upper eyelid blepharoplasty. Please keep in mind that %100 symmetry is not achievable in any case. If you can provide photos with better lighting, from the side of your face and 1 meter away I would be able to make a proper evaluation.Best Regards!

To make your eyes symmetric, I see two issues that need to be addressed.First, your left brow is slightly lower than your right, and that brow skin is masking some of your left upper lid.Second, the right lid appears to be slightly lower (closer to your pupil) and this may indicate some congenital ptosis. You may require/desire just one of these to be addressed to improve this situation.
