What can I do to remove excess skin inner corner of eyelids? (Photo)

I'm 2019, I had upper blepharoplasty. Without my request, my surgeon created tapered eyelid even though my natural folds are parallel. In 2022, he creating non-incisional buried suture double eyelids. This corrected the tapered folds, but now I look like I have excess skin in the inner corner of my eyes and perhaps medial canthal webbing. What can do I fix this and how soon? Can I simply remove the suture? Thank you.
