Greetings. I am 30 yr old female who's had Amalian Fillers injected to cheeks and lips about 3 years ago. I know they say it can last up to a year but to be honest I think mine is still visible (I can feel the Filler still). I am very pleased that it after so many years still is visible results but sometimes I experience swelling in the injected areas - usually when I wake up in the morning. It's like water is retained and the area is a little sore during these "reactions". Why could this be?

Thank you for providing photos along with your question. I do see the hollowing above your temples, though fillers may not be the right treatment. It looks as if you have enlarged temporalis muscles, which are located near your temples. This enlargement can lead to indentations or hollows above...
Fillers help this and then in office lasers or microneedling RF or at home dermarolling with AERIFYxANTEAGE stem cell ampules (see link). Best, Dr. Emer.
