Primary or Revision surgery results can not be guarenteed at any time due to skin/cartilage type, general health, reaction to splint interms of dead space following nosejob and many factors. Best. Yes a revision with cartilage grafting should be able to give you your desired result. You will need rib and I think the most predictable results are with diced cartilage and fasciae wrap for the dorsum. No risk of warping or visible edges and most flexibility in terms of shaping.
