TruSculpt ID - When will I see results?

You should begin to see results 2 months after treatment; however, you will continue to see improvement 3-6 months after treatment. Keep in mind any weight loss or weight gain can effect results. Best of luck!

Results from TruSculpt ID typically become noticeable gradually over several weeks to a few months after the treatment sessions. However, the timeline can vary depending on factors such as individual metabolism, the treatment area, and the specific treatment plan. Optimal results are 8-12 weeks after the final treatment session, as the body continues to flush out the destroyed fat cells and the skin tightens in the treated area.

Trusculpt ID takes at least 8-12 weeks to see results. It is usually subtle so I recommend taking photos.After 12 weeks, I will recommend a second treatment if the goals have not been met.Some people with less fat to melt have seen some results even as early as month but that is not the norm. It is an excellent procedure without downtime so may be perfect for you.

At 2 months, you should see some results. However, full results will take about 3-4 months. I estimate you will see about 60-70% of your final results at 2 months. You can treat more aggressively at the time of the procedure with a second placement (overlapping the first placement).

The full effect of Trusculpt ID is not until month 3.  There will likely be some improvement by month 2.  As the device uses heat and is killing fat, temporary swelling may occur in the 1st few weeks due to the heat and  the start of body resorption of fat.  Therefore, immediate effect is not possible.  Tightening and reduction of fat layer increase over a 3 month period of time.

As a practitioner using both the Trusculpt iD and Flex, the best way to see results within two weeks is to do a combination of both. The iD can take 6-12 weeks to see a 25% reduction in fat and improved skin elasticity and tone. The Trusculpt Flex builds muscle and reduces fat (30% increased muscle mass and 11% reduced fat thickness by 12 weeks in clinical trials). I have patients who achieved their goal of a flatter stomach before a bikini vacation within 2 weeks using the Trusculpt Flex. When you increase tone of the muscles it keeps your belly firm and prevents bulging. 
Another important consideration before a wedding is cleaning up your diet because many people have abdominal distention from bloating. Working with a functional medicine doctor can help to determine the right diet or supplement regimen for optimizing gut health. 

While the full results take at least 12 weeks to come in, some patients report seeing results much earlier.  So while you will not have gotten the full results from your TruSculpt ID treatment, you will most likely experience some effect from the procedure by the time of your wedding.  That being said, there is no substitute for an in-person consultation to determine if TruSculpt is the best option to achieve your treatment goals.

Although full results are not seen until the 12 week mark, many patients report seeing noticeable results as soon as 4 weeks. It really depends on the area you are treating. In my experience, the back/flanks respond the quickest, with the abdomen taking a bit longer to see results.

Most patients report that they start to see results around the 6 week mark. However in both our studies  and clinical experience with the device we see the best results are seen between 12 and 16 weeks.
