It is impossible to see on this photo which areas of nipple/areola complex (NAC) is scarred? These scars may be elevated and used as a flaps to enlarge nipples. I hope this helps.

There is a set of small muscles around nipples that have several Important functions during breast feeding. One of the functions is to co tract in the cold which creates bumpy and shriveled look. Injection of small amount of Botox may be something g to consider?
