Nipple surgery to smooth out nipples? (photo)

Is there any surgery available to smooth out my nipples? When they get the slightest bit cold they get bumpy and shriveled. I don’t even want my husband to see them.

Yes, This is an easy fix and can be performed under local anesthesia. Using the other side as a template your surgeon will trim some of the excess areola tissue and correct the step off that you see

Your nipples can be repositioned to lower the higher one and elevate the lower one. This would involve eccentric circles to make the areolas smaller and can result in a starburst pattern around them. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

These lumps are part of normal anatomy of the nipples. Although they do slightly increase the size of your nipple they are not completely responsible for large nipples. Nipple reduction would be a good procedure for you. I would not recommend removing individual glands. Good luck.

The infection of your piercing (not a rejection process) created scar tissue that contracted and shortened your already tight milk ducts. This type 1 inverted nipple can be easily corrected in the office with a minor surgery.

Although it may seem like the same thing done again, it is in fact very different then the original surgery. A scar revision is a very small excision of the scar with precise closure of skin. The tissue has far better circulation then at the original surgery, which will optimize healing and...
