Is there any surgery available to smooth out my nipples? When they get the slightest bit cold they get bumpy and shriveled. I don’t even want my husband to see them.

From your photograph, it appears the areola is bigger than the hole made for the areola and that is why it is larger. The areola can simply be reduced under local anesthesia and takes about 15 minutes.

Your nipples can be repositioned to lower the higher one and elevate the lower one. This would involve eccentric circles to make the areolas smaller and can result in a starburst pattern around them.

Thank you for the question and the pictures. But, the best thing to do is not use the nipple pump for about 3 weeks and then take some pictures of the normal appearance of your nipples. The nipple pump[ definitely distorts the appearance of your nipples, enlarges them and is probably...
