Thank you for your question. This is not a good idea. The general recommendation is to wait between 3-6 months after you finish breast feeding before undergoing a breast augmentation. Many surgeons prefer the 6 month mark. There are many reasons for this recommendation. The risk of infection is higher, you will likely lose volume in your breasts and have excess skin which could affect the appearance of your final outcome, etc. Best to wait.
It is a surgeons preference but, typically it's wise to wait approximately six months after completing breast feeding to have breast augmentation performed.
It is not good to get any kind of breast surgery while breast feeding especially BA. When you cut the breast tissue during surgery the gland will leak milk inside of the breast space and around the implant, this can become infected or at least will need another surgery to drain this.
I agree with the other doctors. It would not be a good idea to do while still breast feeding for any number of reasons.
