Without seeing you in person or at least seeing a photo it is difficult to address your concerns.Sometimes there are procedures to address a protuberant abdomen,but again it is difficult to give a thorough answer with limited information.

I am 5'2", 107 lbs, and have a 28" waist. I have no waist, my stomach just bulges out, even a little bit more than my tiny hips. I don't want liposuction or to be skinnier, I just want a procedure that will give my stomach hourglass curves. Does a procedure (other than rib removal) exist for this? My ribs end already where my curves should start so I'm not even sure why my stomach is so bulgy on the sides, other than that I store fat there and I don't even think the rib removal would even work.

The best person to address your concerns is the doctor who performed the procedure. No procedure is done without having potential complications. Your doctor should be able to discuss the results with you as to what is happening and what can be done.

You say you want to avoid breast augmentation but also say you want to have implant surgery only. It's unclear from your statements what you are looking for.

Hi! I'm looking for an expert opinion on whether I could undergo an implant surgery only. If possible I want to avoid a breast augmentation. Because of the sport that I compete in my body fat percentage will lower greatly compared to this photo also. Thank you, I really appreciate your input :).

Any surgery has possible risks associated with it. Given your history,your risk of DVT/PE should be minimal. I'm sure your surgeon will use  dynamic compression of some sort on your lower extremities to lower the risks also.

I am 41, 3 kids, 147 lbs, 5'6. Never taken birth control pills, don't smoke, no issues with blood clots in pregnancies or arthroscopic knee surgery in 2011, no family history of blood clots. Healthy. I have been contemplating a tummy tuck for years now, the only thing stopping me is my fear of DVT/PE. Should I be concerned about this? Should I let it stop me? One other thing, was told I have mitro valve prolapse before my last surgery, any concerns there?

I would recommend you call your surgeon soon. Since he/she did your surgery,he/she would be in better position to address your concerns. You will probably need to be seen to determine exactly what is going on.

I am 1 wk post op. I have been taking care of the 3 kids after surgery. Yesterday I over did it my breasts are in excruciating pain, hurts to stand up. My chest is burning not sure if it's from all the meds. My breast is bruised under it near the incision and I have little penny size lumps that are painful when I touch em. I'm not sure what to do my doctors far. I just want to cry! I'm scared I have hematoma after researching some. 400cc under the muscle

Without photos or an examination it's difficult to make a recommendation. That being said,with your history and description it sounds like you would probably&nbsp; benefit from a tummy tuck. Once skin loses its elasticity no amount of exercising will tighten it again. Try to find a board certified plastic surgeon in your area to discuss your concerns.

What you are asking for is certainly reasonable. To get all your questions answered I would suggest seeing a board certified plastic surgeon.to have a full discussion about your wishes and the pros and cons of breast reduction surgery.

Is it achievable? I'm considering losing weight to 95 pounds, though. I also want to know what to expect about recovery? Can I go back to school the same week? Can I hold my baby? And how long will it be until I can go back to my lifestyle? I also wonder is this surgery covered by insurance? Thanks.

You might look into a medical school in your area that has a plastic surgery training program. Some programs will work with patients in your situation.

hi im a working mom i been having lots of pains in my back and chest. i have bra marks on my shoulder and back. sometime its hard for me to get out the bed because my chest is wearing me down. its very hard finding a bra that fit my whole breast. i cnt afford to pay for a reduction. i have government assistant(medical card). how can i qualified for free?

It's unclear from the photo what was done and what the indications were for the surgery. I would recommend getting a second opinion from another plastic surgeon.

I had belly button reconstruction about 3 1/2 weeks ago and as of now I'm not too happy...my surgeon said that we could fix the dimple on the bottom so that's not too much of a concern. This is the 2nd time I go through the procedure

It would be best to wait until you are back to a stable weight. You should also consider whether or not you plan to have more children. Best to finish having children before breast reduction.The size question is one to discuss with your surgeon, but you certainly have input here.
