What are the steps in getting a BBL and what things should be considered? (photos)

Liposuction will only make your abdomen to look worst. And you are so young that you suppose to be looking astonishing at this age. I have had several patients who have become pregnant after the Tummy Tuck (one soon as one month postop!!) The KEY to prevent ruining the results of the Tummy Tuck is maintenance of the weight during the pregnancy. My patients who have followed my weight control advice during and after pregnancy, now they look like NEVER WERE PREGNANT !!Be encouraged. I recommend you  do a full tummy tuck combined with a full body
contouring and BBL. I would suggest liposuction on your back and flanks
as well if you want. You have choices, but definitely you must be
evaluated first to accomplish what you wished. Consult with a certified
plastic surgeon.

Based on your pictures it would have been better for you liposuction
with a full tummy tuck with BBL. This combination has become very
common. It is safe to combine both procedures. 
 I suggest to book a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss the best options for your goals.

Choose a board certified plastic surgeon who has done a ton of Brazilian Butt Lifts and has privileges to do this surgery at a local university hospital. This says his credentials have been checked out by fellow Drs. Changes following pregnancy are more likely to affect the results of an abdominoplasty rather than a BBL. 
The only thing you really need to be aware of is that you do have some excess skin at this point so liposuction may worsen the appearance of that skin although on the bright side you are young and your skin will tighten and re-drape better than someone of an older age. So you might be able to undergo liposuction and have a similar appearance in terms of skin laxity as you do now, but achieve a much better shape, narrower waist, flatter abdomen, prettier gluteal shape and larger buttock volume with a BBL.
Then later after you are done having children get a tummy tuck to deal with the excess skin.
You just need to understand how you may look and way the options of trading your current skin laxity and shape versus potentially more skin laxity (although it may stay the same) and a prettier shape.
