What technique do you recommend to improve my nose while keeping my ethnic identity? It’s bulbous, esp when I smile

I am 24, female, 5 ft, 138 lbs, combination skin. I prefer a technique that most minimizes the chance of a possible nose collapse in the future. Most conservative but effective technique please. I love my nose for the most part just think it can be improved and fit my face more. Thanks!
